In this episode of Sidra Unplugged, I sit down with Kristen Musil, an Account Executive with McKesson based in Atlanta, Georgia, to talk about one of the most impactful real estate outcomes we’ve achieved for a McKesson customer to date!


Kristin is an absolute rock star as a rep, and this story is a perfect example of why.


She introduced Sidra to one of her customers, North Atlanta ENT, after recognizing there could be an opportunity to help the practice with its expansion plans. Like many growing specialty groups, North Atlanta ENT was looking to open a new center to support its continued growth in the Atlanta market.


After Kristen made the introduction, Sidra began evaluating opportunities in the market and ultimately helped North Atlanta ENT secure a location that aligned with the practice’s operational goals and long-term financial strategy.


Kristen stayed closely involved throughout the process alongside Tom Peters, who was her manager at the time. Their collaboration with the Sidra team helped move the project forward and ultimately resulted in just under $900,000 in total cost savings over the next 10 years for the practice — approximately $90,000 annually.


This conversation highlights something we see often—when great reps like Kristen recognize opportunities for their customers and bring the right resources to the table, the results can be meaningful.
